About the StoveAbout this Woodburning Stove

The Ecosy+ 12-14kw Double Sided multi-fuel wood burning stove was manufactured in high numbers prior to 1st January 2021 and can still legally be sold and installed in the UK. Once all of our stock has been sold, they will be discontinued. However, we will continue offering spare parts for years to come. For current Eco Design compliant models, please see our huge range of EcoDesign stoves.

This exciting new model has been designed, developed and constructed by Ecosy+ of Hampshire to satisfy the demand for a Defra approved double sided stove that represents genuine value for money. These features include a lengthy 5 year guarantee and advanced secondary burn system that enhances the stoves controllabilty and efficiency. This technology is one of the main reasons why this stove can join a very small number of stoves good enough to pass the Defra criteria.

This stove features a huge fully heat resistant glass fronted door that gives an amazing view of the fire and is kept clean with the easy to use preheated airwash system. Those of you who have had fires before will know this feature is very important, as looking at the fire roar is a real treat. The stove has a hybrid construction that consists of a fully welded 5mm thick steel body and 10mm thick steel top with virgin cast iron ore doors. The base of this unit does not exceed 100c at the base and can be either installed into a fireplace split between two rooms, or freestanding. Whitchever way the  stove is installed it will be a great investment and the main focal point of any room.

DEFRA ApprovedCheap Woodburning Stoves

We have recently had the stove put through rigorous CE and smoke control tests here in the UK at Kiwa Gastec. We are glad to say the stove has passed with flying colours and due to the stoves new secondary/tertiary air system it is running at over 75% efficient. This will save the user a lot of money over the years and enables the user to burn wood and smokeless coal in a smoke controlled zone. To comply with regulations this stove has been fitted with a mechanical stop to prevent secondary air closure beyond the 31mm open position.

Clean Burn SystemClean Burn

The stove has an advanced secondary clean burn system that is controlled by a chrome lever on the base of the stove. This lever opens and closes a vent that pulls air over the fire, re-burning the initial smoke emitted by the stove. This makes the stove a lot more efficient and eco-friendly, saving you a large amount in fuel costs.

Shipping & Returns

All items on our website have UK mainland and Ireland shipping built into the cost. We work in partnership with Woodside Global a locally based haulage company. We ship to all parts of the UK and Ireland. Unfortunately there are some Rural and island areas that we can not ship to or we may have to add an additional charge. Should this be the case a member of our team will call you to explain. We do offer a return to base refund and this means that you must return the item in its original unopened condition back to us. A fee of £149 will also be charged to cover the costs of our shipping, administration and restocking.

Important Delivery Information

Any stove ordered from Stoveworld NI will arrive on a pallet and, depending on the order, can weigh more than 200kg. Deliveries of this nature are very different to standard courier deliveries.

On this page we will try and outline as much information about the delivery procedure as we can but if you need any more information, please call our office on 07729862524

When will my stove arrive?

We use a third party courier for all of our deliveries as we deliver nationally. When you place an order from Stoveworld NI, we book in the delivery with our courier and then e-mail you the date on which the delivery has been booked to take place. This is usually within 5-7 working days. If you have a specific delivery day in mind (within the 5-7 day estimate) that is best for you, please add this to the ‘notes’ section and we will aim to get it out for delivery on this day.

Where will the driver leave my stove?

The delivery is a door step/kerbside delivery and the driver is not required to take the goods into the property for insurance reasons. Drivers however do their best to assist you as best as possible and most will help you move the stove. Steps, gravel driveways and narrow gates can prevent the driver leaving the goods in the desired place and in some cases, prevent a delivery altogether.

What happens in case of a delay?

Should there be any delays with a delivery, we aim to let any affected customers know ASAP after we are notified by the couriers. In the rare occurrence of a delay, we are not responsible for any loss of earnings if someone has stayed at home to wait for an item to arrive. We never recommend booking a fitter for the day of delivery; we are not responsible for the installer’s time/fee if the stove does not arrive on the advised date. We would usually advise ordering your stove in advance of your installation date by at least 4-5 working days to avoid any issues should a delay occur. Should your delivery be delayed, we are not obliged to refund the delivery charge.

Do I need to be at home?

All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, with the usual delivery times being between 8am and 6pm. We do not receive estimated times of deliveries from the couriers, so someone would need to be available all day on the day of delivery. We ask you to leave us a contact number that we can pass on to the couriers as the drivers will usually call 30-45 minutes prior to delivery. If someone cannot be available on the day of the delivery and if we have your authorisation, a delivery can be left at your property in a ‘safe place’ stated by you. These instructions are usually followed without any problem. However, please be aware that taking delivery of a pallet while you are not at home is done at your own risk. We cannot be held liable if the depot does not put the pallet exactly where you want it.

Access Issues?

Most larger goods like stoves, pizza ovens and liner kits will arrive on large 18 ton curtain side lorries. If you live down a tight lane, please let us know in advance and we will book the order on a small vehicle “restricted access service “. Sometimes, smaller vehicles will not have a tail lift because they are not large enough to withstand the weight of the lifting equipment. In some cases, the driver may need assistance lifting the item off the vehicle to the ground. If we are not notified of restricted access in advance of the goods being shipped, this could delay the delivery.

It is the driver’s discretion as to whether he thinks the vehicle can get down the road and safely turn around. It is often stated that a dustbin lorry can get down the road but this is not a fair comparison as they will often have rear wheel steering. If the driver cannot get down the road he may ask you to meet him at another location to unload the lorry or take the goods back to the hub to be loaded on a smaller vehicle and delivered another day.

Does my address affect the cost of delivery?

We pride ourselves on making life easy for customers therefore we have teamed up with woodside haulage in Northern Ireland who offer us a single 1 off cost to all destinations throughout mainland UK and Ireland. This cost is built into our products so you can be rest assured no matter what part of the UK mainland or Ireland you may live we will have no hidden charges or fees coming your way.
