MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY

More efficient combustion and longer maintenance of temperature by lining the combustion chamber with ceramic material TERMOTEC which accumulates heat and raises the temperature in the furnace.

Full combustion on the dust thanks to two deflectors which extend the exhaust path. This process increases the efficiency of burning and guarantees better energy use. It also minimizes the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere.

Air supply to the inserts comes only from outside thanks to the inbuilt air intake connector fi 125 mm. It is controlled by an adjustable throttle with one controller beneath the door. This solution excludes errors of improper use. The whole mechanism works very quietly and flawlessly.

In this insert there is double air system of combustion chamber. Primary air which enables setting a fire is supplied under the grate.

Additionally, this insert is equipped with Clea Galss System (air curtain), so the air is supplied directly to the glass through a system of channels located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way oxygen is supplied to the upper part of the combustion chamber, were happens post-combustion of gases produced while combustion of wood. At the same time it reduces harmful CO emissions to the atmosphere.

Such air system enables to control burning process very precisely.

SAFETY ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL

Front of the insert is equipped with a heat resistant ceramic withstanding temperatures up to 660°C. We offered by us glass certified quality and safety.

The special perforated design of the handle protects against excessive heating, which has the influence on the high comfort of using the fireplace.

The body and the front of the insert is resistant to high temperatures through the use of high quality steel.

Excellent tightness thanks to the solid welding made in shielded noble gas. Steel elements are laser cut with the help of modern equipment, and then they are bent on CNC benders.

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION

The unit meets the requirements of Ecodesign standards and the restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the maximum CO emission.

COMFORTABLE USE

Special profiled bottom plate of TERMOTEC is used in this insert. Thank to that the chamber of the fireplace is bigger and larger amount of wood can be put inside.

Movable grate and ash drawer enable to keep the insert clean.

Reduced soot deposition through a system of clean glass system (air curtain). Air curtain separates the glass from the chamber thanks of that the glass doesn’t become dirty and emit more heat to the room.

Insert can be easily elevate thanks to the regulated the legs.

The model is equipped with a movable exhaust outlet and thanks to that there is no need to purchase additional knees for installation. It is possible due to easy adjustment of the angle of connection to the chimney system.

MODERN DESIGN

The insert has two doors – front and back ones (instead of the back wall), thanks to this solution the heat can be emitted in both directions.

This type of insert is usually chosen to install between two adjacent rooms for example living room and dining room or bedroom.

The insert has singular decorative glass thanks to that it looks elegant and modern. Such solution visually enlarges the front of the insert and emphasizes the view of the fire.

The door of the insert has comfortable handle.

Shipping & Returns

All items on our website have UK mainland and Ireland shipping built into the cost. We work in partnership with Woodside Global a locally based haulage company. We ship to all parts of the UK and Ireland. Unfortunately there are some Rural and island areas that we can not ship to or we may have to add an additional charge. Should this be the case a member of our team will call you to explain. We do offer a return to base refund and this means that you must return the item in its original unopened condition back to us. A fee of £149 will also be charged to cover the costs of our shipping, administration and restocking.

Important Delivery Information

Any stove ordered from Stoveworld NI will arrive on a pallet and, depending on the order, can weigh more than 200kg. Deliveries of this nature are very different to standard courier deliveries.

On this page we will try and outline as much information about the delivery procedure as we can but if you need any more information, please call our office on 07729862524

When will my stove arrive?

We use a third party courier for all of our deliveries as we deliver nationally. When you place an order from Stoveworld NI, we book in the delivery with our courier and then e-mail you the date on which the delivery has been booked to take place. This is usually within 5-7 working days. If you have a specific delivery day in mind (within the 5-7 day estimate) that is best for you, please add this to the ‘notes’ section and we will aim to get it out for delivery on this day.

Where will the driver leave my stove?

The delivery is a door step/kerbside delivery and the driver is not required to take the goods into the property for insurance reasons. Drivers however do their best to assist you as best as possible and most will help you move the stove. Steps, gravel driveways and narrow gates can prevent the driver leaving the goods in the desired place and in some cases, prevent a delivery altogether.

What happens in case of a delay?

Should there be any delays with a delivery, we aim to let any affected customers know ASAP after we are notified by the couriers. In the rare occurrence of a delay, we are not responsible for any loss of earnings if someone has stayed at home to wait for an item to arrive. We never recommend booking a fitter for the day of delivery; we are not responsible for the installer’s time/fee if the stove does not arrive on the advised date. We would usually advise ordering your stove in advance of your installation date by at least 4-5 working days to avoid any issues should a delay occur. Should your delivery be delayed, we are not obliged to refund the delivery charge.

Do I need to be at home?

All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, with the usual delivery times being between 8am and 6pm. We do not receive estimated times of deliveries from the couriers, so someone would need to be available all day on the day of delivery. We ask you to leave us a contact number that we can pass on to the couriers as the drivers will usually call 30-45 minutes prior to delivery. If someone cannot be available on the day of the delivery and if we have your authorisation, a delivery can be left at your property in a ‘safe place’ stated by you. These instructions are usually followed without any problem. However, please be aware that taking delivery of a pallet while you are not at home is done at your own risk. We cannot be held liable if the depot does not put the pallet exactly where you want it.

Access Issues?

Most larger goods like stoves, pizza ovens and liner kits will arrive on large 18 ton curtain side lorries. If you live down a tight lane, please let us know in advance and we will book the order on a small vehicle “restricted access service “. Sometimes, smaller vehicles will not have a tail lift because they are not large enough to withstand the weight of the lifting equipment. In some cases, the driver may need assistance lifting the item off the vehicle to the ground. If we are not notified of restricted access in advance of the goods being shipped, this could delay the delivery.

It is the driver’s discretion as to whether he thinks the vehicle can get down the road and safely turn around. It is often stated that a dustbin lorry can get down the road but this is not a fair comparison as they will often have rear wheel steering. If the driver cannot get down the road he may ask you to meet him at another location to unload the lorry or take the goods back to the hub to be loaded on a smaller vehicle and delivered another day.

Does my address affect the cost of delivery?

We pride ourselves on making life easy for customers therefore we have teamed up with woodside haulage in Northern Ireland who offer us a single 1 off cost to all destinations throughout mainland UK and Ireland. This cost is built into our products so you can be rest assured no matter what part of the UK mainland or Ireland you may live we will have no hidden charges or fees coming your way.
